Refund policy

Our products are handmade, one piece at a time.

Due to the Personalized & Made to Order nature of the products, we do not offer a return or a refund policy.

An exchange is possible in case of a manufacturing defect or damage in transit wherein the product is replaced.

Please note that exchanges can be made only under the following reasons:

• The product is damaged or defective on arrival
• The product must have no visible signs of wear or use

The exchange policy is valid for 24 hours from the date of delivery.

To initiate an exchange, please write to us at yarnandyawnshopify@gmail.com with the order number and photographs of your concern.

Once the request is approved, a reverse pick-up is scheduled and upon receipt of the product, a replacement is shipped immediately.
